Ingredients:
- Boiled jack-fruit pieces
- Onion – 1 tbsp
- Rampe leaves
- Karapincha leaves
- Raw Chilies
- Pepper – 1 tsp
- Fennel seeds – ½ tsp
- Ginger – ½ “, finely chopped
- Garlic – ½ “, finely chopped
- 2 cloves
- Flour, for light batter
- Biscuit powder, for rolling the cutlets
- Low fat oil, for deep-frying
How to prepare:
First put
some oil and let it heat up.
Add the
crushed ginger and garlic and fry till golden.
Add Onion,
Rampe leaves, Karapincha leaves (curry leaves), Fennel seeds, Cloves and Raw Chilies
to it. Then add salt and pepper to it. After 3-5 minutes, add the boiled
jack-fruit. Mix well and cook it well.
Then turn
the mixture over and make small balls.
Make a
thick mixture by adding some salt to the flour and adding water. Rub the
mixture into small pre-made cutlet balls. Then add in the biscuit powder and
fry till the color is golden brown.
Serve hot
with rice. So tasty.
